“I emailed the hotel prior to arrival to request a ground floor room for my elderly parents - particularly Mum who has just undergone a hip replacement. I did not get a response. Fortunately, getting to their room only required a small set of stairs - which was manageable for her. Breakfast - just too many guests and too few staff to manage the number of requests. We had to ask 3 times for a pot of tea. The noise level in the restaurant made it difficult to hear what the person next to you was saying! Buffet breakfast selection was good though.”

“My sister had the kids that weekend and after staying hear the week befour with my children I hat to come back on my own this time it's a nice chill out calm place to be o requested to stay on the barn area as befour and I was happy the girl remembered me from the week befour. she was very helpful and kind and got me the same room as the week be4 they had a weeding going on but it wasn't noisy at all it's nice to have people around when your on the barn area I had an amazing bath as there baths are like swimming pools then I went and had dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing as always as soon as I get a break again or i can afford to come back this is where I be going I tell or my friends the staff the rooms and the food is amazing thank you again for a lovely stay”
