“La comida del hotel es sorprendente porque usan los recursos locales con recetas "occidentales". Cuando hay limitaciones de alimentación como el el caso de diabetes, los meseros y cocineros se esmeran en adaptarse y ofrecen jugos naturales sin azúcar y sin edulcorantes como aspartane o stevia o fructuosa. Absolutamente la fruta. También le limitan las harinas y almidones. Eso merece mi elogio. La habitación es cómoda y agradable. Kápax es amable y es leyenda”
