“Newer rooms that we stayed in are very nice with comfortable beds. Heating in these rooms is just adequate at this time of the year (November). Very friendly people and extremely helpful. Courtesy car for restaurant visits. Home cooked breakfast.”

“We stayed in two different rooms at this hotel before and after our trek. The heritage rooms have lots of character, including coal fires but if you prefer modern then book one of the new executive suites. The staff are very friendly - when we arrived back from our trek it was like coming home. On a clear day the views are stunning. The breakfasts were plentiful and we had dinner in our room which was good.”

“Actually upon reaching to this property, we were asked to shift in their other beautiful Property called"Little Tibet" which was located on a famous Mall Road due to certain reasons. This was a lovely boutique hotel with ethnic Tibetan interiors. Hotel also provided us with complimentary lavish breakfast which was superb, which infact was not included in our original booking of Dekeling. Ideal location as it was near to all the important sightseeing and markets in Darjeeling. Outstanding hospitality from very helpful and friendly staff especially Dipesh, Swaroop, Roopam and Rupesh who provided us with all kinds of assistance from dropping of luggages to room services- especially in providing late night meals. Overall superb stay.”
