“The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. They were knowledgeable about the area and had helpful hints on how to spend the day exploring Calgary. Marsha and Lina (front desk staff were extremely helpful). Unfortunately I did not get the names of the maid staff but they were friendly and offered to help me with my bags when they noticed I was struggling. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay in Calgary.”
