“Staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very neat and clean.”
“We were awoken by a loud banging noise and when we first called down we were not believed. Manager finally came up--almost an hour. No call back - no apologies -- absolutely terrible. In the room one chair so we could not even sit to have a drink. No tub to soak in (should have been asked if we wanted a wheelchair access). Very, very disappointing. Planned to stay another night but left after the experience. Not our first time here so we were very disappointed.”
