“As soon as I pulled up to the front door an attendant came out to greet us and helped us unpack our car, arranged for valet and loaded everything onto a luggage carrier. There was a slight line up to check in, but we were offered cold bottles of water while we waited. Best of all, my dog was able to join us on this trip, as the hotel is dog friendly! This hotel is a very short walk to Parliament Hill and Byward Market. Awesome location!”
“Modern design. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast buffet with the Club Floor rooms and an expresso machine except for the Starbucks coffee. Never liked the coffee. Enough elevators to service the size of the hotel. Our room had a nice view of city. Always a nice touch with water in lobby that has essence of fruit taste.”
