“We arrived during a rush and had to wait for a room, while others who I assumed had member benefits were given a room right away. I get it, but it was frustrating at the time. Once our room was assigned we waited forever to get a cart for our luggage. Once in the room I noticed a cleaning smell so strong, I asked for a different room and was assigned one immediately. All worked out well in the end, and My husband and I enjoyed a nice dinner and cocktails in the restaurant that evening. The staff was accommodating throughout the hotel. I would return, if I can find my membership card!”
