“The hotel has no elevator in one wing to go to rooms and is far from city. We asked them to pay for the first night and change the hotel but they did not accept and got whole money for three nights from us we had to leave after second night. We had to carry our luggage for 20 steps to the rooms. I am 58 and have problem with my neck and my friend is 55 has problem with his back and suffering a lot.”
