“There was a problem with the booking through Booking.com and the staff - Maxi in particular- were very patient, took ownership for the resolution and took their time to sort it out although it wasn’t their fault. They were incredibly friendly and also provided an upgrade for our inconvenience. The room was comfortable, had a great view and the best soap I’ve ever used.”

“As a solo traveller this time, not something I do very often, location was really key for me and this hotel really delivers - as I left Aldgate underground station, prepared to load up Google Maps, I turned to my right and there was the hotel. When I arrived reception staff were extremely helpful, told me exactly how everything worked and even asked me if I wanted to stay on a low or high floor, I picked a high floor and am so glad I did - the views of the city were amazing. The room itself was super cosy, the bed was delightfully comfortable and the bathroom was decorated to a really high standard. Overall an amazing hotel experience.”

Free bottles of water. 24/7 hours bar and restaurant was very good as I went to a concert on Saturday night and felt peckish so headed back to streets around Tower Hill and hotel to find all restaurants either closed or kitchen no longer serving food and this was at 10pm Awesome to have a tube station right next door”
