“The front desk staff, Aishah, was very polite, friendly and paidattention to the details of my purpose of stay. I was given acomplimentary upgrade to Splash room. In room facilities is all good.The bed! I've been to a few local hotels. Dorsett Singapore hotelbed is by far the best! It would have been better if I could check inearly. “Location was perfect! Right above MRT station, and a very easy trip from airport. Very comfortable and clean. Chinatown an easy walk from hotel.Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a lovely entrance and plenty of seating in the lobby. Nice restaurant with a good selection of western and Asian buffet style food for breakfast.Loved the complimentary use of a smart phone during my stay! Very handy when meeting my Singapore friends. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The location directly above Outram Park Station (SMRT) would be the best in Singapore. The staff treated us like Royalty. We mentioned that we were celebrating or golden wedding (50years) and our room was upgraded and numerous little gifts started appearing in our room such as Heart shaped cake, special wine nights every Thursday,even had a meal and drink with the GM. The front office staff always gave us a wave and a smile on coming or leaving. We could go on and on with praise, as a couple who have stayed in about 7 different hotels in Singapore this must surely be Number One.”
