“I didn't need much this trip, just a bed and a shower and the rest was irrelevant. But the staff were incredibly friendly, the bed felt wonderful, and even the other guests seemed friendly and relaxed. Everything I needed to make my weekend that extra bit better than I expected. And of course, the reason I booked here in the first place, the location, was perfect, with easy access to the event I was attending. Great stay!”

“The hotel was wonderful. Our room was clean, bed was probably one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept in for a hotel, and the staff was friendly. We did have to do overnight valet parking, which was $32 but it's safer than parking your car on the street. Since we were right in the heart of downtown, there were a few sketchy people outside walking around, but once you get inside the hotel, it's fine. There are even security guards in the lobby to keep the riff-raff outside.”

“The staff and the hotel was excellent. We had a plumbing problem in our room with water falling from the ceiling. Even though we had to stay out of our room for awhile they took care of right away and they were very apologetic and kept asking if there was anything they could do.”
