“The bed was great. The room was great. Front desk was good to work with. When I checked in, I did not get my cookies. But I asked throughout my stay about 3 times. Checking in was a little busy. I overheard that one person ‘s room was not cleaned. Our first time her in Feb we experienced this too. I hope your cleaning people step up. Our cleaning people were good. Some of the meeting rooms were so cold. No one did anything about it even though I mentioned it. Your facilities tend to be really cold! Seems like the air conditioner is always on even in the elevators.”
