“The hotel was in a great location for Drayton Manor. Easy parking to the rear. The staff were fabulous, they could do enough for us. We had a family room which was a very generous size and the beds were very comfortable. We paid for breakfast the next morning which was delicious, worth every penny!!”

“They all made you feel welcome and helpful. From kitchen staff to housekeeping staff. Family room was spacious with the lovely day light coming through some of the curtains which the children liked. Shower room was spacious to help the children wash too.Excellent location to get to and from drayton manor park. Within 5mins drive. Local shops/take away near by.”

“We could not fault the staff, they were fantastic from the moment we walked in and were offered tea and cake to the kindness they showed to four quite boisterous children and a nine month old baby. As my son commented "It's the first hotel I've stayed in where I've felt able to relax without worrying about the children." The breakfast was superb and the specially prepared celebration evening meal was faultless with ever-fussy children given exactly what they wanted. The location of the hotel was perfect, a little more than a stroll to Drayton Manor Park, but nonetheless well-placed.”

“This is a marvellous find. It’s a bit like the Tardis: what you experience on the inside is not what you would expect from the outside. The whole hotel expands, so much beyond the unpresupposing front door. The welcome is friendly and genuine. The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. However, the hotel’s greatest asset is it’s staff: friendly, helpful and a great sense of humour! I would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel.”
