“Location is excellent. Close to bell tower , Moslem quarters and within the Xian walls . It is 1 hour drive to terracotta warriors museum . Lots of restaurants around the hotel . Most important of all the staff in the hotel are very friendly and courteous. They make sure that the guests enjoy their stay. We had an early morning pickup on our travelling day . We went to the restaurant to grab some coffee . We were welcomed by the maitre d even though restaurant was still closed . Staff toaccommodated and gave us whatever was ready for breakfast ! Such service!!!”

“Staff were very caring as I had arrived with an allergic reaction which caused a swollen foot. They accompanied me to hospital across street (dept was closed). I Had medication which settled the reaction but three of the staff inquired the next day as to my well being. The hotel is spotless, staff helpful tho some have little English, probably one of the most modern and enjoyable hotels to stay in on our 3 week trip in China. Perhaps clearer instruction re location on website would be helpful”

“The staff in this hotel are amazing, they are so friendly and attentive, there are always staffs in the lobby ready to help you and greet you when you come back, also the cleaners are always there to clean your room, my wife was wearing a t shirt to go to next door, the cleaner lady told her it's cold outside and ask her to wear a jacket😂, she will clean our room in a sec, everyday, there are fresh fruits and a note in the room from the cleaner to remind us the weather is dry and we should take care of ourselves, it was great service and experience, the cleaner took care of us was 王小云.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful to the point that they are on our beckon n call specially Mango and Nate ( he’s the bellman) he even help us in the room with our luggages. Every time he sees us in the lobby he is full is smile and enthusiasm. Offering me fruits and drinks. The room is so big and modern. The bed and covers were very comfortable. The shower is so nice. There was the bar full of cookies and drinks everyday and for free. I cannot day any negative thing about this hotel. It is over 10 in my rating. The location is close to all the attractions and good restaurants. Best hotel to be if you’re in Xian. The afternoon tea is free with good pastries and nice tea and coffee. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices. Free water in the room and on every floor there is a refrigerator full of free water. Thus Hotel is amazing.”

“This was a great property. Fantastic location and the staff was incredibly nice. Every time I turned around I was handed a tea. The rooms has free snacks and room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Great value! I prefer these types of hotels rather than the very large chain hotels. There was always access to a staff who spoke English and they went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was also nice with a good mixture of what Westerners would find familiar but with lots of more traditional Chinese food.”
