“Plates were all taken away/being used had to wait to get one. The area was not really clean.”
“Pool was clean, garden nice, breakfast was not nice, the place is nice but it needs to be clean . our room was so dirty we even ask for someone to clean our shower. rooms don't have teaspoon to stir our coffee, floor carpet were dirty, the stairs and the floor looks like it was clean long time. if only they can understand that we left our houses to go to places like this to rest and we expect excellency since we are paying.”
