  • This property does not take cash payment. All guests are required to pay with a bank issued major credit or debit card that must list the guest&apos;s name on it. No prepaid, temporary, or preferred customer cards will be accepted.<br><br>The property does not take payment over the phone. Each guest is responsible for paying for their own room and deposit. Reservations with invalid credit cards and invalid debit cards will be canceled immediately. Reservations are guaranteed via valid credit/debit cards only and we reserve the right to hold a room charge prior to arrival.<br><br>All guests must pay a refundable incidentals deposit of 100 USD during check-in with their own credit card. The security deposit will be refunded as long as the room is not trashed, smoked in, items stolen, and guest checks out on time without any problems, etc.<br><br>International ID is allowed at property at check-in.<br><br>We do NOT allow pets (service animals require an additional deposit at check-in).<br><br>No visitors allowed.<br><br>Check-in is 16:00 and checkout is 11:00. No late check-outs or early check-ins will be given.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
