“We actually stayed at the Eight hotel Paraggi on the beach as I thought I booked that one and then discovered Id booked the one up in Portofino. As my husband had just had an operation and was a little immobile, the beach one was much better for us and the hotel manager and all staff complete superstars in switching us over with no fuss or difficulty. The hotel on the beach is perfectly located for site seeing or chilling on the beach with a sweet little beach club. The hotel are always endlessly happy to shuttle you up to Portofino a mere few minutes away. The Eight restaurant on the beach is superb, actually the best we ate in anywhere and much better than Splendid Terrace which we also at for almost double the price, although the views are beautiful. But most of all the staff and customer service in this hotel are second to none. A pleasure to stay there and Id definitely choose this hotel over any in the area including the Splendido even I was prepared to pay the price there.”
