“The atmosphere was excellent and the staff and host are all so helpful and friendly. Our dinner was amazing as was the wine to accompany it. It is a wonderful place to stay with dogs as there are plenty of places near the hotel to exercise them.”

“Monastery was very well maintained on the inside. Emilio and the guys in the restaurant and bar were amazing! They really make the place even more special and are a reason to return alone. Room was beautiful and we had the sea salt crusted sea bass we had for dinner was very well cooked and skilfully prepared table side. Emilio made wonderful reservations to visit the Aster winery nearby with a great personal tour and lovely wines to sample. A must visit when in the area.”
“Really beautiful building and location. The former monastery is part of the hotel so you can explore the rooms and see the exposed brick work and art. We arrived when the kitchen was closed and the owner set up a special lunch for us which was greatly appreciated. The owner was also very accommodating with our small dog which can be difficult to find in Spain.”
