“The staff in this hotel are exceptionally nice and helpful. They were willing to answer any question and give the best guidance. Mrs. Duygu, the only front desk lady, was so nice and so professional. She did her job so efficiently and with a great smile on her face. Mr. Ergün and Mr. Tunç were equally nice and efficient. In fact, I liked every single person in this hotel, including the youngest one (Ahmet). I also liked the location of the hotel which is so close to the main and most famous downtown street in Istanbul: Istiklal street. The Metro station (şişhane) is 200 meters away from the hotel. Going down a nearby side-street to the main road there are main bus stops (şişhane 1 & şişhane 2) which one can use to go to almost anywhere in Istanbul. In spite of the fact that there is a night club opposite the hotel, one can hardly hear any noise coming from it inside the hotel.”
