“We were upgraded to the presidential suite, our room has the US and Canada falls view. There’s also a massage change in the room, very spacious bathroom with jacuzzi with a little window so you can still enjoy the falls view while using it! Very lovely! The breakfast was great too and there’s complimentary drinks and snacks during happy hour.”
“The room was awesome, view, amenities all great. Waitresses all friendly, All people were friendly & helpful. Food was outstanding. Breakfast buffet was extremely organized so there was no waiting time. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.”

“Beaitiful view of the falls from our suite..lights on the falls at night, mesmerizing ! Location of hotel was excellent to enjoy Horseshoe Falls, and the behind the Falls experience Bed was comfy, Nice indoor Pool and Hot Tubs Having regular coffee pot was nice..(not a fan of the keurigs)”
“Breakfast buffet was perfect. The waitstaff at the Keg restaurant were great in accomodating food allergies. The bills were a bit messed up at the Keg restaurant - and I was billed for a salad that I never received.”
