“Free Managers reception including open bar and some snacks (chips and salsa, potato chips, salad, cheese crackers, pepperoni) from 5:30-7:30pm. Viewing area next to the pool allows adults to supervise kids without having to be IN the pool. Towels provided for pool. Room was a nice size and very clean. Included small fridge, and microwave with separate "food prep" sink. Pillows were lovely. When we had requested additional tolietries and a toothbrush (forgotten) front desk was very prompt about delivering our items.”

“Well it started w the happy hour crowded, unable to a drink or food it was chaos. Then was up all night w a kid crying next to our room. We were up between 1-3 pm , then eventually went down to breakfast which on card said 6 to 9. So waited in lobby for a hour in lobby because we were informed that's what they do on a holiday. It was a buffet of dried scrambled eggs, ugh. Just not what I'm used to. The is great, front desk tried to get me coffee, although the girl sighed behind the gate to get in .....it was not a good experience. I have stayed before and never had any problems. Just wanted to take my mom for a break she's not well.”
