“The location is great, only few hundreds meters from the train station, and 150m from ski bus. The stuff is amazing, always helping with any issue and any question. My experience: I dislocated my shoulder during snowboarding, and the stuff showed me nothing but kindness, and was very helpful. and offered a lot of help They also helped me to pack my luggage and carry it to the train station (since i was traveling alone and couldn't do it on my own) Next time i will be Engelberg i will stay at the hotel again. Great value for money”
