- Room service is available from 06:00 to 00:00.<br><br>Kindly note that this property charges an optional tourism fee of BRL 4.00 per day per room.<br><br>Note that a booking for more than 08 rooms in the same period is considered a Group Reservation and therefore is subject to a differentiated policy, as below.<br><br>Group policy: 50% of the total booking will be charged from the credit card provided at booking. Cancellations up to 20 days prior to the check-in date are free of penalties. After that, it won´t be possible to process cancellations, and 100% of the total amount will be charged. Reservations made after the period of 20 days prior to check-in will have 100% of the total amount charged, with no possibility of modification, cancellation or reimbursement.<br><br>According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.

“We stayed six nights at Everest, and had a wonderful time. We had a cheaper room in the old section, but did not miss a thing. The room and bed was spacious, and had a lovely view over Ipanema beach, which is only a block away. The neighborhood also offers a lot of good restaurants and cafes, and a nice atmosphere at all hours. The hotel has a rich breakfast, with a lot of typical, fresh Brazilian fruit. And a rooftop terrace with a small pool.”

“The breakfast is really good. The restaurant is at 23 floor where you can enjoy the nice view of Ipanema beach and around. The choice of food is also plentiful especially with different fruits. Usually you will have at least 6-7 different ones. Some of my colleagues have chosen some other hotels nearby but have no such nice view of the city and breakfast.”
