“The property was very lovely and the staff was extremely helpful. So welcoming to come back to the hotel and see their smiling faces. We did take an excursion which wasn't what we thought. The hotel was very thoughtful and gave us a bottle of port and chocolates to show their apologies. The excursion was nice just not what we thought it was supposed to be. Also, the topos restaurant recommendation turned out horrible so the attendant was very kind to hear our comments.”

“This is a brand new hotel with lovely rooms and excellent staff. It is in a side street so fairly quite even though in a busy area of the city. It is close to lots of bars and restaurants and an easy downhill walk to the riverside areas of the city too”
