- Please note that for an extra cost a buffet breakfast is served at Exe El Coloso, which is located on the same street, just 150 yards from Exe Suites 33.<br><br>Please note that the street where the hotel is located is private and has restricted access for vehicles. In order to avoid penalty fees, please contact the property in advance and provide them with your vehicle registration number and also the days that the car will be on the street. The hotel is not responsible for any penalty fees occurred if this has not been previously communicated.<br><br>When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.<br><br>Please note that the hotel has a limited number of parking spaces in a private car park 100 yards from the hotel. The parking places cannot be reserved in advance and are subject to availability at the time of arrival. Upon arrival staff at reception will inform you if there are places available and how to access the car park.<br><br>Please note that a refundable EUR 10 deposit is required for the key to the car park. This will be refunded when they key is returned.
