The breakfast included is one of the best you'll ever get including bacon and scrambled eggs as well as cereals, hams. cheeses, fruits etc in an as much as you can eat buffet. Easily the pick of the bunch in my opinion. Run by the same company as the St Nikolai where you can drink the wonderful bio Kuhschwanzbier and gorge on rich, heart stopping offal dishes! I recommend the Hänchenleber!”

“While a little expensive for a solo bike traveller you get what you pay for and more. The rooms are spotless and well equipped and the breakfast is second to none. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The central location is ideal. You know you are getting clean sheets which is more than can be said for some of the local "pension" and "bett und bike" locations which constantly try and "upgrade" you to a double room because they are "booked out". No. I shall stick with this place on future visits. I just trust my review doesn't result in them increasing the price yet more. 45 Euro is "doable". More not so.”

The staff that assisted me always had big smiles and were more than happy to point me in the right direction. The room as great and very comfortable. You can't possible beat the location either! All-in-all, I would most certainly go back to this hotel if I ever found myself in or nearby Tangermünde again!”

“The location of the hotel was perfect for our route from UK to northern Germany and was our first stop. The restaurant was very welcome and we had a good meal. Hotel was easy to find and was in a rural location although on a road. It was quiet and suited us very well.”
