“Hotel was secure. The parking garage seemed safe, however it would be nice to have a code or something to enter so only guests are guaranteed to park there. Within walking distance to the light rail - which we used to go to the Bronco Game. Front desk staff was AWESOME, she was able to check us in at 12:00 so we could leave our stuff and attend the game.”
“The room looked to have been renovated a year or two ago. It was bright & cheerful. Nice, fresh linens. Guy who checked us in gave us an "upgrade" (10th floor) as it was really quiet the first evening.”
“The staff were super friendly and offered suggestions as to what to do. We loved getting free water and the twenty four hour exercise room was very nice. It was convenient to everything we wanted to see and nicely located close to food and shopping.”
“This property's main asset is its staff. They were friendly, willing to answer questions about transportation and local attractions, and generally helpful. At least one of the desk clerks spoke Spanish fluently. The property also has secured parking, which we did not use, but of course is nice to have. The property itself is very clean, and provides for all basic needs of travelers. However, our room and bathroom were pretty small for two people. A tall or large person might have been uncomfortable in our room. I would say that this property is great for people with business in the immediate area. It isn't really a vacation location for families, especially those with small children.”
“Excellent location, walking distance to shopping, movies, restaurants. The room was very clean which is very important to me. To our surprise our room was huge and had an area separate for the kids.”
