“Staff were pleasant and remembered us from an earlier stay. Being next door to Cracker Barrel is great for tired travelers. On a previous visit I commented that the hallway and room smelled "old." This time there was a fresh fragrance which was quite pleasant. Kudos for fixing this problem!”

“Sorry to say I have very little good to say. As a property that is part of the Marriott brand I was surprised at the unkept room, extremely small bathroom with a broken corner sink, stained carpeting, broken down mattress ( we needed to place pillows at the edge of the bed so as not to roll off. Upon arrival at our room at 6pm we were greeted at our room door with a cleaning cart on one side and a dirty laundry hamper with the soggy, dirty towels and sheets greeting us with all the present smells off a gym after a long day on the road. If not for the time already on the road and the distance to complete our trip home I had thoughts of driving the balance of the trip because for the $150.00 spent for a filthy room, worn out room. Marriott you have l lost a customer.”
