“They am lady was really nice we needed a roll away she said she would get one to our room. We left to go across the street to World of fun came back later that evening with no rollaway bed and the afternoon evening lady was unwilling to provide one with us she said she would do her best when we came back later again that night there was still no rollaway bed the evening lady was still unwilling to accommodate us and was outside drinking beer with Hotel residence or residents that live in the area I'm sure the night time guy went out of his way found us a mattress that we could lay on the floor was more accommodating the beds were very uncomfortable the eggs were not fluffy they were very runny not enough sausage to go around for the amount of people that were there for the weekend due to I'm assuming a Royals game the amount of money we paid for it I would have paid $50 for this room rental that was the value of our stay”
“The air conditioner wouldn't stay on during the night. The room smelled of breakfast cereal and milk, and the toilet in the bathroom wouldn't flush properly.”

“I liked everything about this place. Staff, Breakfast,Wifi,location & the biggest eye opener was the cleanliness of the whole entire facility. When I opened the door to my room it looked & smelled genuinely clean & not a fake cover up type of clean. The staff was extremely nice & very helpful w/any questions I had. Breakfast was fantastic! Highly recommend & will definitely stay there again =)”
