“Staff when we arived in the evening was super super nice and helpful! So friendly and genuine. Appreciated that so much after a long day of driving. Baby, grandparents, and I slept so well. And the thing I loved most about the facilities was connecting rooms being available! Made our stay so much easier when traveling with baby. A shuttle was available to us 24/7, for free, anywhere in a 3 mile radius. We didn't use it, but so handy, as the location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, the art museum and hospitals. The evening staff offered us fruit from the kitchen. There was a small store with snacks and frozen dinners. At breakfast there was real butter and chobani yogurt. And the TV was on cnn, which was a relief after hotel breakfasts that had fox blaring. The luggage cart (we had a lot of luggage!) was nice and big.”
