“I was greeted at the front desk by Ireka and she had a great personality and made check in extremely fast! Unfortunately, I was given the incorrect room (handicap accessible) and usually I am not the type to cause any issues, but I do not like to use those rooms if someone else who truly needs it can utilize it. I contacted the front desk and spoke to Ireka; and she immediately stepped into action to correct the issue and place me in another room. The process took some time but she called and updated me on what was going on. I was given another room and it was just a few doors down from where I was (awesome!). I would love for Ireka to get the recognition she deserves because she was a wonderful person, kept a smile on her face, and stayed positive! She's one of the reason I would stay at the location again.”
