“Front desk staff excellent cleaning staff poor. Arrived here by chance as was turned away by original booking in Vicksburg Comfort Suites. There had been no running water in the hotel for 4 days. Booking.com still booked me into this hotel and the hotel said they couldn't let me know of the problem despite having my phone and email numbers. SHOCKING SERVICE BY BOTH PF YOU. Checked in main light not working in room. Told reception about problem went out to get food. Came back told wiring problem. Then found out fridge microwave and coffee machine also not working!! Told to lift out microwave we didn't. Employee came lifted it out absolutely filthy. Nothing worked. Moved to another room. We had 2 queens. New one had king and sofa. Sofa had no sheets available so returned to original room for all bedding ourselves. Very poor show. Manager took off $20 dollars for our inconvenience.”
