“The front desk gal when we arrived had her hands full because a storm had taken out the WiFi so she had no connectivity. But she remained unrattled and absolutely charming. There was a huge decanter of iced fresh lime water right at the reception area which always impresses me. When you’ve been traveling all day long.... there’s nothing so refreshing and thoughtful. The next day checking out, everyone at the front desk was smiling and gracious although still dealing with computer problems. Every one of the staff we met was absolutely delightful. A refreshing surprise. The room was amazingly clean and fresh. And the a/c was the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Beds were so comfortable I didn’t move a muscle all night long. Probably also had to do with the fact that the hotel was so quiet and relaxing. Very peaceful.”
“Close to expressway, was able to get up and walk around neighborhood the next morning before continuing onto Florida. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Does not allow pets, to me no way around it, a hotel that allows animals is a step above a barn. The places that do not allow animals are clean. Was able to accommodate my senior parents with a clean room.”

“No comforter in one of the beds Pen in desk was left from prior guest( pen cap wa chewed on and do was the pen) Toilet had not been flushed from prior cleaning staff or guest :( heater /cooler knowbs were absent on system in room - never again Fairfield !”
