“The hotel staff, from front of house to domestic staff, were awesome. Arriving at 4am with 2 sick kids the staff promptly dealt with an oversight (3rd party issue- not hotel) and had us directed to our room to rest. Nothing was ever too much trouble, all staff were fabulous with my boys. Kim (front of house) is an asset to the hotel, always keen to offer advice and directions when required (which admittedly was often 🙈). The hotel is a short drive away from numerous large shopping complexes and restaurants/fast food. The drive downtown a relatively straightforward 20-30min drive. We will be visiting Indiana again the same time next year and despite numerous hotels closer to town, Fairfield suites will definitely be our first choice.”
