“The bed AND the pillows were just right, the room was spotless, the staff was unfailingly cheerful, friendly, interested and interesting. The breakfast room was cozy and warm, there was always someone making sure things were in order. When the coffee ran out Victor happily whipped out a replacement urn ready to go. All in all an exceptional experience. We will recommend it to friends, and we’ll be back!”
“Location great and 8-9 min walk from major subway hub (Fulton St Station) and 1 blk from 1/2 price tkts outlet for Broadway shows. Most friendly staff I've ever dealt with and the hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Room (with nice comfortable King bed) was small and lacked area to maneuver and store luggage/personal items but the bathroom was standard size and good. After a day or so we got used to the tight quarters (similar to a small cruse ship cabin). We did request a room with some type of view and staff honored our request. Walking distance to 9/11 Memorial, Battery Park area, Brooklyn Bridge and other waterfront attractions (promenade along East River etc.). I would definitely stay here again ..... it was a great value.”
“Eggs were fluffy and not dry. During my stay they had 3 different types of eggs. Hard boiled eggs and regular scrambled. Some days they would add omelette or eggs with tomato and pepper.”

“Everything was wonderful. The staff at the front desk all shifts, housekeeping, restaurant staff, all were so kind and helpful. They took so much care of our stay and ensured that our entire experience was comfortable and clean. The cleanliness was great. My room was cared for daily and kept very clean. I want to give a accolades to the restaurant team specifically. Victor and his team, Gaby, Amanda and especially Tina and Laticia. This team not only ensured that the food was delicious and hot but they took time to make my daughters (6 & 7) feel welcome and at home. My family and I will stay there again and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone... although I wish I could just keep it a secret. ;)”
