“once a great 5-star hotel, no longer even close. Anniversary dinner was ruined by poor food /service. So-called sustainable food and service should not mean "poor" and "less" A ghost of the fabulous hotel.”
“We stayed in a king gold room. It was fabulous and having access to the gold lounge/terrace was worth the extra cost. The view of the harbor from the terrace can only be seen if staying on the gold floor and it was extra special.”

For a five star hotel, the sheets were low thread count. The bathroom was minuscule. I will never stay at another Fairmont again. No value here!”
