“The bed and room were comfortable and I like that there was a separate bathtub and shower. Room service meals were all absolutely delicious. I loved the french onion soup, tuna wrap and ravioli especially. It took a little getting used to the low flow shower but I completely understand needing to conserve water. I asked many times for bottles of the complimentary water and they always accommodated. I was also granted a late checkout until 1p, which was perfect. The concierge helped me find a route to the beach along the ocean and order a shuttle to the airport. Beautiful hotel! Always helpful staff and they helped make it a great stay!”
“Amazing hotel located perfectly, room had an outstanding panoramic view towards the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, city and the Bay. Concierge servis perfect. And people working at the breakfast so very kind and always with smile. And I really liked the smell of the shower products they have in the rooms. I was not traveling with my dog, but if I would, I would definitely try the dog food room service, amazing one, never seen such great menu for dogs.”
