“When we arrived reception area was very busy with only one person to assist. On the website the information indicates that the shuttle service is for free however I was charged R120 for 6km one way. The Concierge wanted me to sort it out with Booking.com and only when I suggested he sorted it out did he remove it from my bill. The room staff can hardly speak English. The dining room area is old and the metal work rusted. For a 5 star resort I expected much more. Overall I think there is no real value for money.”
