“The accomodation was fantastic, better than anything we had expected. As food was included we didn't have high expectation mainly because of how affordable the price was, but it was high equality and just fantastic. We were always looking forward to dinner each day. The staff were also extremely helpful, the night we wanted to go night skiing, we were worried about missing out on the dinner, however the staff were nice enough to put food aside so we didn't miss out. Have already been recommending the Falls Creek hotel to others and plan on coming back next season”

“The Hotel was gorgeous, just like in Austria. Perfect location in the middle of the village. The rooms were small but clean and the beds comfy. Beautiful dining room and lounge area with a huge open fire, and large windows overlooking the Summit. Food was included and excellent. Children's menu was much appreciated. Staff very friendly and do anything for you. Best ski equipment on the mountain too. Thank you for a wonderful ski holiday.”

“Great staff, great food and great location. Oysters and salmon for dinner with pavlova for desert and all included in the price, can't really ask for anything more! But don't worry, meat lovers also enjoyed the rib eye and chocolate moose. The hotel is located right next the a lift that can get you to the lessons with a little effort. Kids club rocks, especially Zoe and Joe, with lots of tlc when needed after a long tiring day on the snow.”
