“A very friendly, well run hotel - super menu and the quality of the food is excellent, both dinner and breakfast were exceptional. On arrival and on leaving, we had an unprompted apology that we were in such a compact room (Room 5): the double bed was against the wall which made it awkward getting in and out! There wasn’t an available upgrade but, as we were only staying one night, it wasn’t a problem for us. We would definitely stay at the Fife Lodge again (in another room!) - it was very welcoming, clean and quiet with a lovely large garden and no parking problems. Proprietor has created a lovely atmosphere and all the staff were focussed on ensuring happy customers.”
