“- Greeted by the reception very well and they took our luggage to our room. - Reception was very helpful in giving guidance with the area. They also booked our ATV rental. They are very helpful and are ready to book anything we require. - They provide breakfast in your room and you can select them either a day before or 40 minutes in advance. Breakfast was fantastic and the greek yogurt provided is the best we've ever had. - The room is amazing and very luxurious and modern. - They booked our cab ride to the airport after our stay as well. Gave us breakfast to go since our flight was 6 AM in the morning. - This Hotel is a hidden gem in Santorini. - We would come to this hotel again the next time we visit Santorini.”

“The staff was excellent, most helpful and polite. Nothing is too much to ask for. The suites are clean and fresh. Just rooms are a little small but that's okay considering everything else that makes up for it. Breakfast was divine and we loved getting it up at our room on a little private balcony. Bathrooms are neat and we'll sized. The staff just made our visit to this little establishment.”
“We booked last minute and are so happy we found Fileria. The staff was excellent and the mordern, clean rooms were equally as wonderful. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and helped my husband and I arrange an ATV rental, dinner reservations and also setup a seamless airport transport for our arrival and departure on the island. We can't forget the lovely and delicious breakfast served every day. Overall we had an exceptional stay and can't wait to come back!”
