“The owners were incredibly personable and helpful. I was greeted at the door as I arrived to check-in, and they helped to carry my bags up to my room. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was plenty spacious. The location of the hotel within Todi is wonderful; it is easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the views and restaurants that the town has to offer. I was given a key to the outside door to get in and out at any time of day. Furthermore, I was leaving Todi via the Sulga Bus to Rome that leaves down the hill about 5.8 km (3.6 miles) away from the hotel. Rather than having to arrive hours early with the city bus, the owner graciously offered to drive me to the location. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future and highly recommend it.”
“Wow what a little gem, greeted by the owner, showed to our room by the owner, welcomed to breakfast by the owner, checked out by the owner. So personable, he could not do enough for you if you let him. The hotel is a new modern renovation internally of a very old building in a beautiful hilltop medieval town, totally unexpected. Centre of town, walking distance to everything. Rooms are well appointed, modern and very clean.”

“Extremely friendly manager, a lovely man. Disabled access all round :-) Very comfortable beds. Todi is a great location for circuiting the area. Nearby parking was easy out of season (March), but probably the pits in summer.”

“Disability friendly. We booked a superior double which was large, and had a huge ensuite equipped for the disabled. Noticed also that in addition to the lift there is a stair climber at the ground floor. The whole place is freshly renovated. The proprietor and his wife were extremely helpful, allowing us to put our bikes in a bathroom inside the hotel.”
“Good beds. Very clean and quiet and right in the centre on a small street. Owner very helpful. He helped us with parking and advised us to go to a wonderful open air restaurant with fabulous views, just round the corner from the hotel.”
