“The Breakfast at the hotel was not welcoming Birthday girl!!! Very disappointed.. It was my birthday but most of the food was terrible.. nasi lemak no sambal(finished and asked to top up and waited so long but still not done)..croissant, pastry and bread was very limited also.. not worth for RM58 and paid for my my kids RM29 just for a cereals”

“Its luxurious and clean with wonderful staffs who were all smiley anf accomodative to our requests. We had a decorated bed for our 10yrs wedding anniversary and a special complimentary cake for the occasion. Great service from when we stepped in. From front office we had Nabil who was such a nice person and Didi and team from housekeeping who were sooo sweet wit the cake and room setup. Many thank yous for this memorable stay.”
“The overall environment looks good but the detailings such as finishes, choice of furnitures, toiletries and cabinetry obviously looks bit cheap and low quality. It doesn't match the environment at all. Especially the hotel room with no carpet which made us feel cold feet when 1st step out from bed. Should really look into improving the quality of fittings and finishes.”
