“From top to bottom to bottom i had a great experience. Courteous, clean rooms. Dee Dee at front desk was super nice”
“Effort of the receptionist to accommodate us comfortably, but they don't have one. The review is against the best room of this property.”
“If you are traveling with family this is not the hotel for you. It's a party hotel. people drunk and loud at 3 am. filled with young college students.”
“Wen to the Chiefs game which was right across the street, which made the experience that much better.”
“I love the pool the gym the breakfast that they had right out in the lobby to where it was all you know kind of like a social event and the staff all of them were so friendly it was like I'm kind of a breath of fresh air I come back to my hometown I don't have a house here anymore and this is the place that I will be making my second home and no I am not an actress I am a real person with real feelings haha”
“The staff was good and location was excellent to the stadium.”
“Clean, polite staff. Long lines at check in, every yr. Maintenance fixed my TV in 10 mins. Free water & coffee in lobby. No other amenities. Broken ice machine, go to 3rd fl.”
“Location and convenient to easy access freeways to get to where we needed to go each day”
“The motel lived up to expectation with easy parking and registration. The room was comfortable and the wifi strength was fine. The coffee and lemon/orange water was good and refreshing.”
“We loved the maintenance man. He said it was his 1st week on the job. When we arrived our bathroom sink was filthy and one of our beds had hair in it. After being switched to another room we requested the bedding be changed by staff to be on the safe side. They sent the maintenance man to do it. He did his best and was very polite. We were given free breakfast and the food was horrible. We were told that the lady who cooks went home ill right after taking our order. I own a travel agency and I have to say in 2 years I have never had the displeasure of writing a bad review. I am highly disappointed in brand as reverenced as the Sheraton.”
