“Favorite moments were check in with the bellman excellent job. Maid saw my handicap equipment and placed a shower chair for my convenience.asked for extra towels and other things received all promptly.”
“The staff during check in did not seem to know what was in the hotel rooms. We could not for some reason get our double room so we ended up with a king. I asked if there was s chair in the room he said no. We entered the room and there was a nice chair and ottoman. Some staff wetter extremely nice others seemed short when I asked questions, but it still came down to knowing the casino and hotel.”
