Probably the most friendly, and welcoming and professional front desk staff of any hotel I've ever stayed in, Rachel and the lady with the american english who checked me in were all outstanding and made my trip to Brasilia exceptional. Truly a great experience at this hotel, loved everything. The room was bright, clean, modern, with a nice kitchen, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Great location beside the shopping and within walking distance of museo and catedral. Great rate, would recommend this to any visitor, especially a tourist looking to avoid the many stuffy and formal and unfriendly business hotels in the city.”
