“Zahid who works as a host was very helpful and did everything he could to help us. The location was excellent! Each room is equipped with a smartphone which you can take to the city with you. It has an app giving you reccomendations, navigation, info about landmarks and free calls in Europe. This was very helpful and convenient.”
“I arranged transportation the hotel offered from airport to the hotel. My flight arrived an hour late and when I came off the plane the driver was still waiting at the designated area. He drove to the hotel, summoned the front desk person who came outside to escort me in the building (my friends were not arriving until the following day, so as a female in unfamiliar territory, traveling alone I really appreciated this), carried my luggage and gave a very detailed explanation of the surrounding area, how to get in and out of the building, etc. the room was clean and updated, the bed very comfortable. In all The hotel was very nice, the location excellent, lots of things to see and shopping in walking distance, but what stood out the most was the customer service provided by the gentleman at the front desk. Best I have EVER encountered.”
“The property manager, Jaheed, was very kind and professional when he welcomed me to the hotel. The room was impeccably clean, quite spacious and very comfortable. Location is ideal, walking distance from most if not all major sites and accessible by public transport. The bed was perfect! The smart phone provided was really helpful, very cool innovation on the hotel’s part. Overall would stay again and would recommend.”

“Property is close to most attractions in the city and can be accessed by walking. The property comes with an internet enabled Samsung phone "Manet" that assists you to tour the city, make bookings, order food, drinks , taxi, make calls locally and internationally etc. A real bonus. If you looking for a place to crush and learn about the city this is the desired property. The receptionist "Jaheed " was always accommodating, helpful and lovely. He made our stay fantastic. Rooms are big!!”
