“I had a beautiful view of the harbor from my room. I would definitely request an oceanfront room, it made a huge difference in my stay being able to sit on my balcony (very large and wrapped around the corner) every evening with a glass of wine and watch the sunset with sea lions and marine birds on the rocks in front of the hotel.”

We stayed 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and I would even say that looking at other options of hotel in San Cristobal the Galapagos Sunset seems to be the best! The rooms are very comfortable, with a great view to the sea. Wifi is good when you compare to other internet offered in Galapagos. The location of the hotel could not be better, it is right in front of the pier, you can walk to the hotel right after you arrive with the boat from Santa Cruz. Also, all the day tours leave from the pier so it is very practical. Breakfast is served on the rooftop so there is a fantastic view! We loved the breakfast, the staff, Susana is such a lovely person, prepared breakfast for us everyday and everytime we asked something was very attentious!”

“The hotel is exactly in front of the main harbor, were people embark for all activities. Room is very comfortable and breakfast fine, in a terrace with ocean view. Personal of the hotel are very helpful. Certainly this accommodation is above the standards of the place.”

“We were greeted by Erica with a warm friendly smile, she took us up to our room, the view from our window, across the ocean was absolutely breath-taking. We met Susana later in the day, also warm and friendly, she cooked us a delicious breakfast in the morning which we had on the terrace. The staff go out of their way to be of assistance. The hotel is spotlessly clean. We only wish that we could have stayed here longer! Thank you Erica and Susana!”
