“This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed here twice, and I left a (very positive review) after the first stay, which included a small complaint. When we returned to the hotel, that complaint was already addressed! The staff are incredible, the breakfast is yummy (the falafel and Turkish coffee stand out in particular). Wi-fi is solid, rooms are clean. The view is great. Definitely one of the best - if not the best - hotel we've stayed at in all of our travels.”
“- amazing views, regardless of whether your windows face west or east. - super staff. Very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and were allowed to use an unoccupied room until ours was ready. That was VERY nice after a nearly 24-hour trip. - big, comfortable rooms. there's a snack bar with chips, chocolate bars, water, and other drinks (at very reasonable prices). comes in handy! - breakfast is great and is essentially home cooked. delicious & nutritious - cheap laundry and ironing service Overall, a VERY pleasant stay and one of the best places we've stayed at (and we travel a lot)”
“We have stayed here for 2 days. View from the window is very nice, but not like at the photos of the hotel - you can't see Zamalek, just Nile and piramids. Room is big and clean, staff is friendly (sometimes too much friendly (.. ) Breakfast is tasty, but very simple, better if will yougurt and fruits :). Location is good, with nice embankment. Problem was - a noise and music from Nile restaurants till 2.00-3.00 a.m.”
“The suite is very clean and spacious. The view over Cairo from the 39th floor is fantastic, makes you feel like princes. Breakfast is abundant and tasty. All the staff is very kind and helpful, especially Mr Mahmoud Bahaa El Den. We are very satisfied with our stay!”
“Hosts were fantastic- could not had been more helpful and welcoming. Our flat had the most amazing view of the Nile and far off view of the Pyramids. Just sat and watched the world go by.. Very high up and felt safe. Added to our trip and made Cairo a pleasure.”
“Nile view rooms give excellent view of the city and the river. Although in the mornings the view is impaired due to air pollution. The hotel is run by three brothers, who speak very good English and are helpful.”
