“Family run Spa Hotel on beautiful grounds. Since there was a misunderstanding with our booking.com reservation and the hotel's (not sure on which side the error was), they upgraded us to their beautiful tower suite. Hotel offers many activities throughout the day. Delicious breakfast buffet with many healthy choices - including fresh pressed juices. The kind of place where the owner greets you in person and happily gives you suggestions for activities nearby. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, too.”
“I especially liked the personal attitude of the staff. Everyone, without exception tried to help and offered service all the time. It started with the first drink we received without asking for our arrival. They kept us a special table, the spa and the pool were wonderful. When we left, we received water and home made cookies for the road. Even the mistake that occurred with the bill left us with a smile ... We enjoyed ourselves very much.”
